The REST program is fee-for-service. Payments are due by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard on the day of treatment. Discount program    Nova Sinus Center uses standard medical procedure codes for assessments and REST treatments. At your request, our front desk staff can give you a copy of the standard form that you can use to report your claim to your insurance provider. Please contact your provider at the number on the back of your card and ask the following: Are ND (naturopathic) services covered on my plan? Is there an out-of-network benefit? If the answer is "yes" to both of these questions, you may submit the standard form to your insurance provider to request any reimbursement due.
